The main building consists of a uniform base made with completely earthquake-proof badge of concrete.
Iron rubber is used throughout the building to add strength.
The foundation is approximately 60 CM , volute to vote thickness of 15 CM in order to compact the " system bases ". There is a good yield of elevation
above the ground, and much attention is given to static and drainage in the structure of the whole function.
The walls were done of Block cement alternated with seven reinforced concrete vertical. We create a crown made of reinforced concrete that goes all over the
circumference of the construction and connects all the vertical armor with the horizontals , this system guarantees static stability and anti seismic
flexing.
The cover is constituted of main and secondary beams made of Gavilan wood with thermal -acoustic insulator.

The small keys are of aluminum white color , the windows are 6 millimeters thick, the color bronze for optimum weatherization. The doors are made of laurel wood which
allows excellent security.
Special insulation is used to ward against fungi and humidity and gives total protection of all the external surroundings.
The internal and external pavements are made with Nispero wood. The kitchen and bath have ceramic tiles.
The caretaker house is made completely of Canadian pine and special products are used for the protection and conservation of the wood .
It is important to mention that part of the yard area is designated to be cultivate for an orchard and a small botanical garden with will have footpaths.
There is also ample space for parking. Parking is located on the side of the property.
